e-Konferans is online conference management software. After identification, this collaborative tool can be accessed using a simple web browser. e-Konferans enables registration and consultation of conference participants’ communications.
With e-Konferans, conference registration is easy to manage
Each conference participant registers using an online registration form. He then defines his user account parameters and uploads his speech or presentation (MS Powerpoint, PDF, MSWord,etc.).
The conference Chairman can view the full list of registered participants whenever he likes.

- They can modify the parameters of their user account,
- They only see their user account, they don't have access to the list of other registered participants,
- They don’t see the communications uploaded by the other registered participants,
- They can add, modify, delete their communications.
> The Scientific Council
The members of the Scientific Council :
- have access to the list of registered participants,
- have access to the full list of communications,
- can download all communications to be able to consult them locally on their computer,
- can approve a communication or not.
> The Chairman
The Chairman is in charge of the conference. The Chairman has access to all functions :
- add, consult, modify or delete participants,
- consult, modify or delete communications,
- can manage several conferences.
The information connected with the conference can be recovered in a single click.
The information provided by the participants during their registration can be recovered by the Chairman and processed in Excel.
