Open Source technology
Our applications are based on Open Source technology. All development of intranet-extranet used PHP 4 or 5 language. Scripts run on an APACHE  server (70% of web servers). Databases, of MySQL type, are administered using PHPMyAdmin.
Outside MySQL, PHP language is compatible with many types of databases such as ORACLE, DBase, LOTUS NOTES, mSQL, PostgreSQL, etc. (Unified ODBC).
PHP also manages certain image formats such as PNG and certain electronic distribution formats(PDF).
Intranet navigation is secure and protected by a system session, specific to each user. The sessions is automatically closed after a period of inactivity (configurable).

Since 2002, Anaximandre has developed on-line applications and softwares for SMEs, industry and local authorities.

Anaximandre use the Open Source technology to develop its innovative products.

Our information systems use the PHP 4 and 5 language versions and the MySQL database.

KALON technology


Kalon 4.2 is a core (application) developed by Anaximandre to which business-specific software or modules can be added.

The real heart of information systems, Kalon can be installed on any company or local authority server in ASP mode. It is then possible to work remotely by connecting any workstation to the internet using a web browser, with data updated in real-time.

Kalon technology supports all electronically distributed image, video or file formats (video, PNG, PDF, Flash, etc.). It can also display a wide variety of language content, by sector of activity, secure access, online boutiques, Intranet, Extranet.

Kalon is the universal information system for companies and local authorities.

KALON, heart of information systems


An Anaximandre information system is comprised of modules configured as desired around Kalon 4.2. These modules are designed to share information and distribute it in the best way possible. They can be combined to make up a business software package.

Each module generates its own content (texts, images, schedules, etc.). Companies or local authorities build their own information system according to their needs.

Navigation in Kalon information systems is fully secure and protected by a session number. The session is automatically closed after a period of inactivity (configurable). Navigation can be in SSL mode by means of a certificate. Administration is secured by individual rights.

Around Kalon 4.2, Anaximandre has developed several business applications:

These packages are comprised of modules corresponding to services (example: Sales management, publication, project management). An information system can therefore be made-to-measure by connecting modules chosen from Kalon 4.2 by a single click.

The source code has been fully optimized so as not to have to redevelop new functions and routines when developing new modules.

Kalon software packages can be used with no special IT knowledge. Kalon software modules are easy to get to grips with as they are user-friendly. All content is fully modifiable.
